Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) are an agreement between Envoos™ (“envoos.com” or “us” or “our”) and you (“User” or “you” or “your” or “Customer”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the products and services made available by Envoos™ and of the envoos.com website (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Services. Envoos™ reserves the right to make changes to the provided Agreement as needed, without notice to our clients. Modification made to the terms does not constitute early contract termination or non-payment.
Additional Policies and Agreements
Use of the Services is also governed by the following policies, which are incorporated by reference. By using the Services, you also agree to the terms of the following policies.

Applied Law
The present Agreement is subject to the law of the Republic of Cameroon. The Service and any data you provide to Envoos™ is subject to the law of the Republic of Cameroon.
Privacy Policy
Envoos™ is committed to protect the privacy of its Customers. We will not give any personal or corporate information to anyone, other than the Cameroonian Government through a formal request without further consent or notification to the Customer. Any other request for information of our Customers will be discarded.
Domain name ID Protection Service Policy
Customer agree that for each domain name registered with ID Protection Service the domain will be registered under the name of Top Level Domains, S.A. a Cameriinian corporation offering private domain registration service.
To transfer a privately registered domain name away from our registrar, you need to do the following:
- Open a support ticket to cancel ID Protection Service and to replace Whois contacts for the domain with your personal information. At this point the domain will not be longer privately registered.
- Initiate the transfer process at the new provider.
Payment Terms
On the Service Commencement Date for each Service, Customer will be billed an initial amount equal to all non-recurring charges (Setup Fee if any) and the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual Fee. Subsequent recurring charges will be billed in advance 1 day earlier of the Service anniversary based in its term. Customers that use Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal agree to automatic recurring charges. All other charges for Services received and expenses incurred for Supplemental or Professional Services during the period (e.g., Paid Support) will either be billed immediately or within the period in which the Services were provided. Bandwidth overage billing is calculated and invoiced on the last day of the month independently from the related Service. In the case of bandwidth overage Envoos™ will charge its Customer 1000CFA for every additional Gigabyte of data transferred or received.
Invoice Notifications
Envoos™ will send any invoices to the main email account of the Customer based on the service terms. Envoos™ cannot guarantee that this email will be received by the client. As an option we provide the Client a Billing Panel (Clients Portal) where the invoices can be reviewed and paid. Additional billing contact can be added by the client from the Billing Panel (Clients Portal).
40% Promotional Discount Policy
This promotional discount only applies in the Service Plans where the 40% promotional discount is advertised. It applies to monthly accounts and the discount will be applied only to the first month of service. Subsequent recurring fees will be charged at regular price.
30-days Money Back Guarantee Policy
Only applies for new Shared Hosting accounts paid for (3) three month or more in advanced and invoice paid via Credit Card or PayPal and if the account is canceled within 30 days from the date of initial order. Month to month subscription are not eligible for refunds. Once 30 days from the date of the initial order have being over, full refund, partial refund or prorated refund is no longer applicable.
Refund Policy
Any prepayment is a commitment regarding the payment period that cannot be refunded outside the “30-days Money Back Guarantee Policy”. Any available credit in the Customer account cannot be refunded but may be used to pay new services or pending invoices.
Billing errors can be credited retroactively for a period of up to two (2) months.
Envoos™ will not issue refunds for dedicated server packages, virtual private server (VPS) packages, cloud servers, domain name registration fees, domain name registration ID Protection fees any software license, paid support, SSL certificates, DDoS attack protection services, Service were the Customer victims of DDoS attack, setup fees, shipping and handling fees, internet bandwidth or any additional features ordered.
There is no refund if you fail to cancel your PayPal subscription, even after account cancellation is completed. Envoos™ is not responsible for canceling the subscription on behalf of the subscriber.
The following methods of payments are non-refundable, and funds may be credited the client account: Payza, Bitcoin, Bank Wire Transfer, local and international checks, cash deposits, payeer.
Suspensions and Termination
Any payment not received within four (4) days of the invoice due date, VEnvoos™ reserved the right to suspend the account without any notice. If after fifteen (15) days of not receiving a payment confirmation Envoos™ reserved the right to terminate the account without any further notice. At this point any data, email, files stored in our servers will be deleted. During suspension period of a shared hosting service, the website of the Customer may be replaced by a temporary web page announcing the Website suspension status and displaying advertisement unrelated to the Customer Website.
Cancellations
To terminate a service the Customer must cancel via the Billing Panel (Clients Portal) at Contact us.
In the case of written agreement, a formal letter should be added to the cancellation request 30 days in advance.
Scheduled Downtime
It is defined as any scheduled interruption of Services for the purpose of network upgrades, or replacement of any equipment in order to provide the Customer a reliable service. Scheduled downtime occurs during notified downtime periods, with as much advance warning as possible via e-mail with a minimum of 24 hour. Downtime caused by scheduled network upgrades will not be eligible for refund or credit.
Support Policy
Envoos™ is committed to offer First Level technical support to all our service 24 hours via ticket system opened at Billing Panel (Clients Portal) and via Live Chat at our Website. Phone support is available from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM GMT -6. Customer should open a support ticket before issuing a support phone call.
Initial ticket respond is 1 hour and further communication may take longer depending on ticket difficulty or conditions.

Paid support is charged per incident starting at $50 USD.
Customer Obligations
Our Customer represents and warrants that is at least eighteen (18) years of age. Customer possesses the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement, and the performance of its obligations and use of the Services (by Customer, its customers and users) will not violate any applicable laws or regulations or cause a breach of the Agreement. Customer assumes all risks related to processing of transactions related to electronic commerce.
Intellectual Property Ownership
This Agreement does not transfer from Envoos™ to Customer any Envoos™ Technology, and all right, title and interest in and to Envoos™ Technology will remain solely with Envoos™ This Agreement does not transfer from Customer to Envoos™ any Customer Technology, and all right, title and interest in and to Customer Technology will remain solely with Customer. Envoos™ and Customer each agree that it will not, directly or indirectly, reverse engineer, decompose, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code or other trade secrets from the other party and/or its third party vendors.
Backups and Data Loss
Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. Included backup service runs once a day and overwrites any of our previous backups. Only the last three (3) days of backups are kept at a time. This service is provided only to shared hosting and OpenVZ VPS accounts as a courtesy and may be modified or terminated at any time at Envoos™ sole discretion. Visionary Technologies Company (ETS) does not maintain backups of dedicated accounts. Visionary Technologies Company (ETS) is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for all files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on our servers.
Disclaimer
Envoos™ shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Envoos™ Service warranties are specified in its Service Level Agreement located at Our Policy
Disclaimer of Actions Caused by and/or Under the Control of Third Parties
Envoos™ does not and cannot control the flow of information to or from Envoos™ network and other portions of the Internet. Such flow depends in large part on the performance of Internet services provided or controlled by third parties. At times, actions or inactions of such third parties can impair or disrupt customer’s connections to the Internet (or portions thereof). Envoos™ cannot guarantee that such events will not occur. Accordingly Envoos™ disclaims any and all liability resulting from or related to such events.
No Other Warranty
The Services are provided on an ‘as is’ basis, and Customer’s use of the services at its own risk. Envoos™ does not make, and hereby disclaims, any and all other express and/or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and title, and any warranties arising from a course of dealing, usage or trade practice. Envoos™ does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.
